1. Ayurveda Kyon Manta Hai Ise 'Virodh Aahar'?
Ayurveda ke anusar, har food item ki apni ek 'Taseer' (property) hoti hai. Dahi ki taseer thandi (Cooling) hoti hai, jabki pyaaz ki taseer garam (Heating) hoti hai. Jab aap do alag-alag taseer wali cheezon ko ek saath milakar khate hain, toh sharir ka balance bigad jata hai jise 'Virodh Aahar' kehte hain.

Dahi mein Kheeera (Cucumber), Lauki (Bottle Gourd), ya Pudina (Mint) dalkar raita banayein. Inki taseer dahi ke saath ekdum match karti hai.
Agar boondi ka raita bana rahe hain, toh boondi ko pehle gungune paani mein dhokar uska extra tel nikal lein.
