Garmi ka mausam chal raha hai aur is tez dhoop aur tapti garmi mein pet ko thandak dene ke liye 'Dahi-Chawal' (Curd Rice) ko sabse behtar khana mana jata hai. Dopahar ke lunch mein jab kuch banane ka mann nahi karta, toh log bade shauk se thanda-thanda dahi-chawal kha lete hain. 1. Sabse Badi Galti: Baasi Chawal Mein Dahi Milakar Khana
bhai, bohot se gharon mein subah ke bache hue chawal mein dopahar ko dahi milakar kha liya jata hai. Garmi ke mausam mein chawal bohot jaldi kharab hote hain aur unme bacteria panapne lagte hain. Jab aap isme dahi milate hain, toh ye fermentation process ko itna tez kar deta hai ki ye pet mein jaate hi bhyankar acidity, loose motions (dast) aur vomiting (ulti) ka kaaran ban jata hai.

Chawal Taaza Ho: Hamesha taaza bane hue chawal ko halka thanda karke hi usme dahi milayein. Ekdum garam chawal mein dahi kabhi mat milayein, nahi toh dahi ke acche bacteria mar jaate hain.
Jeera Aur Kale Namak Ka Tadka: Dahi-chawal mein hamesha thoda sa bhuna hua jeera powder aur kala namak zaroor milayein. Yeh dahi ki taseer ko pet ke liye aur bhi zyada pachan-dar (digestible) bana deta hai.
Dopahar Ka Waqt Hai Best: Dahi-chawal khane ka sabse sahi samay dopahar ke lunch (1:00 baje se 3:00 baje) ka hi hota hai. Isse sharir ko din bhar ke liye energy milti hai.
4. Raat Ko Khane Se Bachein
Dahi-chawal ko bhoolkar bhi raat ke waqt nahi khana chahiye. Raat ko dahi khane se sharir mein mucus (balgam) badhta hai, jisse subah uthte hi gala kharab, khansi aur jodon ke dard ki samasya ho sakti hai.
